Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is used to free restrictions in the soft tissue, relieve stress, and reduce muscular tension. Techniques used include deep tissue, hot stones, trigger point, aromatherapy, stretching, and more.

Fitness Instruction

Training sessions are 60 minutes long and consist of a warm-up, core conditioning, upper and lower body resistance exercises, and flexibility. We will work through a variety of movements to build strength and improve range of motion.
